Check in from 2.00 pm, check out by 10.00 am. Sundays and long weekends, late check out by arrangement.

Booking conditions

• Minimum two night stay
• Minimum three night stay on long weekends & four nights over Christmas/New Year.
• A deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid on arrival.
• If booking within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Children by arrangement.
• Ours is a non smoking establishment.
• Not suitable for pets.

Cancellation policy

• All cancellations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

• When cancellations are made less than fourteen days prior to the arrival date, we will retain the deposit unless we can re-book the cancelled dates. If we can re-book the cancelled dates, the deposit can be transferred to another date within three months. If the new date falls in a different season, the rate will be adjusted accordingly.

• Non arrivals or early departures will be charged the full rate of the entire stay.
